Welcome to Kroma Print. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
By placing an order with Kroma Print, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use this service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
2. Custom Printing & Engraving Policy
Our services (DTF Printing, Sublimation, and Laser Engraving) involve the creation of custom-made products.

Production: Production begins only after the "Yes" (final approval) and payment are received.

Modifications: Once an order has entered the production phase, no further changes to the design, quantity, or material can be made.
3. Customer Responsibility (Files & Artwork)
You are solely responsible for the quality and content of the files you upload.

File Quality: We print/engrave the files exactly as received. We are not responsible for blurry, pixelated, or low-quality results caused by low-resolution files (under 300 DPI) provided by the customer.

Transparency: For DTF, files must have a transparent background. Failure to provide this may result in unintended white borders for which we are not liable.

Color Matching: Due to variations in monitor settings and the transition from RGB (screen) to CMYK (print), we cannot guarantee a 100% exact color match. Minor color shifts are normal and do not qualify for a refund.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright
By submitting an inquiry, you represent that you own the rights to the artwork or have obtained legal permission to use it. Kroma Print refuses to print or engrave material that infringes on trademarks, copyrights, or promotes hate speech/illegal content. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate these standards.
5. Payment & Pricing

Full payment is required before production begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in a written B2B contract.

Any additional design work or file correction requested by the customer may incur extra fees.
6. Shipping & Delivery

Turnaround Time: Our standard processing time is 24–48 hours after approval, but this is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Shipping Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss passes to you once the package is handed over to the carrier.
7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not offer returns or refunds for "change of mind" or customer errors (e.g., typos, wrong size ordered, low-res files).

Shop Errors: If we make a mistake (wrong item sent or a significant print defect), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with photo evidence. We will gladly replace the item at our expense.

Engraving Variations: Natural materials like wood or leather may engrave differently depending on grain and density. These natural variations are not considered defects.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kroma Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to damage to garments during the customer's heat-press process (for DTF transfers).
