At Kroma Print, we understand that you need your custom prints and engraved goods as quickly as possible. Because every item is made-to-order with precision, our shipping process is divided into two parts: Processing and Transit.


1. Processing & Production Times

All orders are subject to a production period before they are shipped.

  • Standard Orders: Most DTF transfers and stock items are processed and printed within 24–48 hours after your final design approval and payment.

  • Bulk or Complex Orders: Large-scale textile printing or high-volume engraving orders may take 3–5 business days or more.

  • Note: We do not ship or produce items on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your items arrive safely.

Important: Delivery dates are estimates provided by the couriers. While we guarantee our production times, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or extreme weather conditions.

3. Local Pickup

If you are located near our studio in Burgas, you can skip the shipping fees!

  • Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

  • You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation email when you come to pick it up.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We currently only ship to one address per order. If you need items sent to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each destination.

6. Damages & Missing Packages

Kroma Print is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience:

  • Damaged Items: If you receive your order in a damaged box, please take photos before opening it and contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.

  • Missing Items: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting our support team.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, Kroma Print is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
