Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at office@kromaprint.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Meden Rudnik, Sunny hill bl.3, apt.16, Burgas 8000, Bulgaria
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Kroma Print, we take great pride in the quality of our custom printing and engraving. Because our products are manufactured to your specific requirements, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
1. Custom & Personalized Items
All sales of custom-printed DTF transfers, branded textile, sublimated mugs, and laser-engraved items are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind."

We are not responsible for errors made by the customer, including but not limited to:

Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors provided in the design.

Ordering the wrong size, color, or garment type.

Low-quality or pixelated prints resulting from low-resolution files provided by the customer.

2. Manufacturing Defects or Shop Errors
If we have made an error in your order (e.g., we sent the wrong item or there is a clear manufacturing defect), we will make it right!

Notification: You must contact us at office@kromaprint.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Evidence: Please include your order number and high-quality photos of the defect or the incorrect item.

Resolution: If the error is verified as ours, we will either provide a reprint/replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund for the affected items.
3. Damages During Shipping
While we pack our items (especially mugs) with extreme care, accidents can happen during transit.

If your item arrives broken or damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged product immediately.

Contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim with the courier and arranging a replacement.
4. Natural Variations
Please note that for certain services, minor variations are normal and are not considered defects:

Engraving: Natural materials like wood, leather, or stone have unique grains and densities. The depth and color of the engraving may vary slightly across the same piece.

Sublimation/DTF: Minor color shifts between your digital screen (RGB) and the physical print (CMYK) are expected.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:

The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (usually 5–10 business days), depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter the production phase. Because we pride ourselves on a fast 24–48 hour turnaround, production often begins shortly after approval. Once a design has been printed or an item has been engraved, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
